resulting creations. At the current time, the business has three primary aspects:

accessories, original beaded jewelry designs, crocheted scarves, and
related
merchandise. Our Guarantee: Otter Work Creations, LLC, guarantees all its designs. Should something break, we will repair it once at no charge to you -- no questions asked. Just gather up all the pieces and mail them to us in a padded envelope. If the same design breaks again due to our error, we will repair it free of charge. Should the second breakage be due to wearer error, we will repair it for $5.00, including shipping and handling. If you need to return something for repair, please contact us by email first, so we can make sure we have the relevant information to properly repair and return your piece. |
